On Monday the 12th of September, Albury’s first specialist compounding pharmacy, Border Compounding Pharmacy, is relaunching under the banner of Formulae. The new brand provides a platform for a national network of compounding pharmacies committed to providing a range of individually tailored health, wellness, and skincare solutions.
Since its launch in 2013, Border Compounding Pharmacy has worked with doctors, specialists and other local health professionals to ensure that its customers receive personalised health solutions rather than mass-produced pharmaceuticals.
The vision for Formulae is to offer a new approach to pharmacy, one that works towards creating a shift in how we approach health and aging using personalisation. Through Formulae, we are building communities of health, allowing humans to thrive through every stage of life.
“Formulae is an expanding community of compounding pharmacists and other health professionals, sharing knowledge and solving the problems of each individual collectively,” explains Ben Eshelby, the owner of Formulate Albury.
“Formulae is committed to supporting people looking for a solution to their health issue or wanting to perform optimally as a human with thriving health, ,” continues Ben. “By creating a collaborative community of like-minded professionals, Formulae will be able to guide people and help them discover health options that may never have previously been considered.”
Formulae Albury will continue to stock the same products as well as adding new ranges and deliver the same quality of care as Border Compounding Pharmacy.
“While we are excited about creating a collective that can bring personalised health solutions to every part of Australia, Border Compounding Pharmacy always be at the heart of Formulae, and our Albury roots will never be forgotten. Being the founding member of the collective means we can remain committed to the local community but gain access to other pharmacists with a wide range of specialisations as other compounding pharmacists rebrand to Formulae.”
