Formulae aims to have all orders prepared and sent within 24-48 business hours after an order is made and confirmed.
Sometimes, due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g. stock unavailability) this may be extended. In such instances, we will contact you to advise of the delay.
Formulae takes no responsibility for any delay in delivery caused by any acts or omissions of our carriers. We take no responsibility for loss of products or damage to products that occurs during shipping.
Whilst all Formulae products are backed by evidence based science, it is a legal requirement that we offer no guarantee of therapeutic outcome. Cosmetic products with a manufacturing fault or faulty device will be swapped for a new product or a refund given.
A pharmacist will advise on an individual basis regarding returns of a faulty therapeutic good, in line with applicable health and pharmacy regulations.
