Mary-Louise (Lou) Condon has spent more than 25 years pioneering the art and science of compounding pharmacy in Australia.
From her early studies at the University of Queensland to advanced training in the United States, Lou has built a reputation as a pharmacist who sees what others miss, the subtle imbalances that make all the difference to a person’s health.
Her special interests include longevity, bio-identical hormone therapy, integrative dermatology, and correcting widespread nutrient deficiencies.
She holds certification from the American Board of Anti-Ageing Health Practitioners and serves on respected advisory panels shaping the future of preventative and functional medicine in Australia.

Ben Eshelby is a compounding pharmacist whose career has been defined by curiosity, innovation, and a deep belief that healthcare should be as individual as the people it serves.
After graduating from the University of Queensland and practicing across the UK, Ben returned to Australia determined to create a new model of pharmacy, built on precision, science, and patient connection.
In 2013 he founded one of regional Australia’s first modern compounding pharmacies, quickly gaining recognition for excellence and achieving international accreditation for quality and safety.
His pioneering work in microbiome-friendly skincare has influenced both the pharmacy and cosmetic industries, proving that formulations grounded in science can restore health from the skin to the whole body.
Today, as co-founder of Formulae, Ben continues to push boundaries—developing products, mentoring pharmacists, and shaping a future where compounding is not niche, but the gold standard of personalised care.
