Clear Skin Kit - Microbiome Friendly

Our Formulae Clear skin Kit is a full acne regimen developed and recommended by our pharmacists. Unlike other products on the market, the Clear Skin Kit is based on the principles of eliminating Biofilm and promoting the natural regrowth of good bacteria by creating an environment of healthy skin as opposed to simply killing everything.  Acne is most commonly characterised by skin that is more alkaline than usual. The products in the Clear Skin Kit are naturally and optimally acidified.

The Kit Contains:

Step 1: Clear Skin Cleanser – A non-irritating, non-foaming cleanser that will not strip away too much oil and subsequently dry the skin. It has been formulated at a pH of 4.5 which will help rebalance the microbiome.

Step 2: Clear Skin Serum – A non-pore blocking moisturiser formulated to reduce breakouts and support the growth of healthy bacteria. Fortified with  vitamin A, niacinamide, oleanolic acid and resveratrol. This moisturiser should be applied at night after cleansing and towel drying the face.

Step 3: Hydroxy Resurfacer – A blend of alpha hydroxy and gentle polyhdroxy acids that will rebalance the microbiome by specifically reducing the overgrowth of certain bacteria. This AHA/PHA blend contains lactic acid, glycolic acid and gluconolactone. This product should initially  be left on for 10 minutes only and then washed off with water in the mornings. If tolerated, the product can be left on.

Step 4: Spot Treatment – Designed to reset the microbiome when standard therapy is failing. It will remove most microbiome bacteria from the area it is applied and thus should only ever be applied as a spot treatment when directed by your skin consultant or pharmacist. Over-use will negate the effect of the entire routine.
